No. Your files, prompts, and responses are never used to train AI models — by Sokrateque or by the underlying model providers. Your work is processed in isolation and stays yours
What happens to my data when a session ends?
With Clean Exit, your session data is wiped from third-party AI processors the moment your query ends. Your work is saved only in your private Sokrateque Cloud, so you can return to previous sessions without leaving sensitive material on external systems.
Sokrateque runs on AWS and leading AI models. What does that mean for my privacy?
Sokrateque processes your requests through AWS Bedrock, Amazon's enterprise AI infrastructure. AWS does not use your data to train AI models and applies enterprise-grade isolation to your sessions. The AI models Sokrateque uses may run automated safety checks to decide whether a request can be processed. AWS infrastructure is subject to US law, including the CLOUD Act, which permits US authorities to compel data access under certain legal circumstances. For most professional users, this posture is substantially stronger than consumer AI tools. If you work under non-US legal privilege or national security classifications, please review our privacy page before signing up.
1 Most AI tools retain your prompts and responses by default for periods of up to 30 days, use your data to improve their models unless you actively opt out, and may make your content available to human reviewers for safety monitoring. These are the standard terms for consumer and standard API users of leading AI providers.
Sokrateque's Base plan delivers Quiet Room and Clean Exit through agreements with the leading AI model providers in which your prompts and responses are not used for training, not retained in logs, and not made available for human review in normal operation. The AI models Sokrateque uses run automated safety checks to determine whether a request can be processed or blocked. Where a request is flagged, the model provider reserves the right to conduct limited human review, and may retain that content for a limited period.
Sokrateque's Pro plan delivers Quiet Room and Clean Exit through AWS Bedrock, Amazon's enterprise AI infrastructure, independently certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Session data is isolated at the infrastructure layer — not only through contractual commitment, but through the architecture of how requests are processed and discarded. The AI models running on Bedrock run automated safety checks to determine whether a request can be processed or blocked. Where a request is flagged, the provider reserves the right to conduct limited human review.
